We will contact you before your proposed delivery date to arrange a mutually convenient delivery day. All goods must be signed for on delivery. If you elect for goods to be delivered without obtaining a signature then we cannot accept damages or further responsibility for goods.

All deliveries are signed for. If you are out when our delivery team arrives, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to call them and arrange a delivery at a future date. Please note that there may be an additional charge for the cancelled  and any future deliveries, regardless of location.
