1 If you wish to cancel your order:
If the goods have not been dispatched to you, notification to us can be made by filling in our contact form; or
If the goods have not been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.2 below.

1.2 Providing that the received goods are in their original packaging, unopened and in good condition, you can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

1.3 A full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required minus a 15% administrative and re-stocking charge will be provided upon receipt of the goods by Salestec Ltd.

1.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 1.3 will become void in the following circumstances:
if the product has been used.

1.5 Our policy determines that any item that is signed for in good condition will not be refunded if returned damaged; therefore, we strongly suggest that you inspect the goods before accepting them 

1.6 We will also refund the postage costs if an item is returned within 7 days of receipt as a faulty item. Once the seven day period has passed, the customer is responsible for any postage to Salestec Ltd.
Salestec Ltd strongly suggests when returning an item that suitable insurance is taken out to cover the item i.e. Registered Postage as proof of postage is not proof of receipt by Salestec Ltd

The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
